Recipe: The Coco-Banana Smoothie

So I’m in love with the almond/banana/coconut water combo. I missed my dose of Almond Butter in here, but next time, my friends.

Ingredients:
2 bananas
1 cup almond milk (original)
2 cup Coconut Water
3 soaked Dates
2 cups cubed ice

(Her name was Lola… she was a show girl…. Ahem. Anyways. Enjoy!)

    • That is so sweet! Thank you!! I hope maybe one day to publish a recipe book… but mainly because I love colorful raw food books myself, and would like to share my recipes in the same way. But I would definitely do it more of a themed book or something to be worth everyone’s while. I really believe in sharing the joy of raw/vegan food, and I really don’t think it should be closed on anyone! To me, making a profit takes the fun right out of the love for the culinary art, and reasons behind why I personally love eating healthy vegan food. Again, thanks for you comment!
